Where to apply for visa in Canada?

If you live in your native country, you will apply in an office responsible for your geographic area.
List of countries and responsible visa offices

If you are working, studying or living for any other reason in a country other than your native country, you can sometimes apply in the country of your residence. If you were admitted to this country for a year or more, you can apply for both temporary and permanent residence in the office responsible for the country where you live. If you were admitted for less than 12 months, you can apply for temporary resident visa (work, student, visitor) but not for permanent resident visa.
